Maisonneuve Clothing Return Eligibility 

All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging.

Clothing items must have original tags attached.

If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 day purchase date, unfortunetly we will be unable to offer you a refund.

Refunds Will Not Be Offered On Clothing Items Due To Longer Than Expected Shipping Wait Times.

Return Processing Time

Returns will be sent to our facilitiy in Detroit, MI. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from. Upon arival, your return will be inspected, which can take up to 48hrs. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming approval of your refund. Email confirmation will also be sent if your refund request is denied. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of your return confirmation notification email.

Returns on Shipping

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

Please contact the Maisonneuve Radiology customer service team at admin@maisonneuveradiology.com to set up your return. To avoid delays, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Maisonneuve Radiology via website.

Lost Packages

We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. If you have any questions, please contact us at admin@maisonneuveradiology.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

Can I cancel/amend my order after I’ve placed it?

If your order is placed on a week day, our warehouse is really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes or cancel it once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

If your order is placed on a weekend or a bank holiday, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead if informed within 24 hours of placing your order.
